Bakery An artisan baker who also makes an excellent pastry chef, and can compete in both categories. The Coupel family has been in the business from father to son since 1922. The breads are 100% homemade and use natural leavening, resulting in products that are both healthy and long-lasting (try the Tourte aux alouettes). Also on offer are macaroons, chocolates and all kinds of viennoiserie, tarts (lemon, chocolate...) and creations such as caramûre (caramel and blackberry).
