Maison Coupel's first address before rue de Nemours, the boutique on rue Saint-Hélier is a neighborhood classic, taken over by two former employees of the company, Estelle and Kevin. It's a great way to pass on the tradition, and the pleasure is always there, with its beautiful sourdough breads, viennoiseries and pastries.
