One of the city's best-known signatures: when you present those big cakes, exotic fruits, chocolate, Opera, on the table, with the discreet Cordier label, everyone salivates. People lick their lips in front of the window, and indulge in a religieuse at four o'clock, or even a wrap at lunchtime. The fruit tarts, like the viennoiserie, are all good reasons to push open the door.
