A Comté cheese dairy in a small village between Arbois and Mouchard. An excellent Comté, Morbier also of high quality, you can feel the care and craftsmanship in the maturing of these regional cheeses. For the impatient, there's a vending machine in front of the house, and in the village, the grocery store has a few samples already sliced.
