South of the Sauternes region, in the Landes de Gascogne, Sandrine Gondolo prepares her jams with passion and savoir-faire, happily blending sauternes wine with her compositions, which can be found in many sales outlets in the region: Morello cherry, raspberry, apricot, pear, each fruit blends with sauternes with elegance and taste. And of course all the pure fruits, jellies, organic, citrus and exotic, as well as fruit condiments and chutneys.
