Roaster The delicious aroma of roasted coffee fills the esplanade every morning, attracting many customers who never expected to find a craftsman of such quality here. Yet here he is, our roaster, regularly receiving his bags of green coffee imported from the best coffee-producing countries, in his pretty store decorated in grey. When the weather's fine, the terrace offers a cosy spot for a cup of Guatemalan or Colombian espresso.
