A wine merchant who knows his stuff and extends it to solid tasting in a wine bar, with smoked and berrichon wines, enough to please everyone. Labels and wines from connoisseurs that can be accompanied, for example, by pâté berrichon, Corsican charcuterie or more elaborate dishes, such as crispy cauliflower with curry chantilly or puréed poultry with peanut sauce.
