Winemaker Located above Bélesta, in the Côtes du Roussillon Villages Caramany appellation, Éric and Lèia Monné manage 13 ha of old vines at Clot de l'Oum, divided between granite, schist and gneiss terroirs. The estate has been certified organic since 2003, and biodynamically uncertified. Clearly, the altitude of between 350 and 600 m contributes to the original, fresh character of these rare wines, made from very low yields!
