Winemaker Pascale Choime is an oenologist who works in her cellar with the soul of an artist. Her colleague Laurence Alias, an agricultural engineer with a keen interest in ecology, works in the vineyards. They use biodynamic methods and animal traction, and own one of the few pre-phylloxera vines in the 40 a... over 150 years old! "Les Closeries des Moussis" is located in Arsac in the Haut-Médoc region, and the range of wines produced includes Bordeaux, Haut-Médoc, Margaux and even a VDF!
