Winemaker
The 12-hectare vineyard stretches over both the sea and the slopes of Cap Canaille, one of France's highest cliffs. Not only rosés are produced here: the Cassis appellation is also known for its delicious white wines made from marsanne, clairette and ugni blanc. Facing the Mediterranean, the vines receive daily sea spray, giving the wines a unique iodized flavor. The estate obtained organic certification in 2012.
