A rarity! Clos des Lunes is one of the few estates in the Sauternes region, historically renowned for its sweet wines, to produce only dry wines. Created in 2011 by Olivier Bernard, head of the famous Domaine de Chevalier, Clos des Lunes gives pride of place to the Semillon grape variety on the associated terroirs of Sauternes, Bomme and Barsac, each bringing its own specificity to the blend.
