Winemaker Yves Canarelli took over the family estate in 1992. For several years now, attentive sommeliers and wine merchants have been placing their trust in him, as the estate's wines are well worth a detour. Biodynamic viticulture and meticulous ageing combine to produce great wines using traditional grape varieties, both for the bright, fresh whites and the vibrant, fine reds.
