Gault&Millau's review

Producer The Mahieu family has been cultivating their orchards not far from the village of Les Pieux since the early 20th century, but since 2006, Alain Pismont has been at the helm, building on the know-how passed down in the orchard and cellar by Émile Mahieu. Tasting apple juice, cider, pommeau and, of course, calvados, the farm's production is certified organic. Tours are organized, and children are (also) welcome!
