For almost four generations, the Adès family has been concocting sauerkraut, turnips, roug'choux (a sauerkraut made from red cabbage) and gherkins. Sauerkraut, the flagship product, is available all year round, in all its forms and prepared from start to finish by their own hands. This family-run business serves the whole of Alsace and half of Lorraine.
