Chocolate factory
Olivier Hautot opened his first store over fifteen years ago. There are now 9 stores in Normandy. Always inquisitive, he enjoys working with cocoa and seeking out new flavors, which he passes on to his local clientele. Traditional in his store compositions, he is developing a range of chocolate capsules presented like jewels, with the percentage of cocoa specified for each piece. Selection of grands crus in assorted pralines and giandujas.
