Chocolate factory
After a career full of curiosity and passion, Bruno Le Derf, a native of Normandy and companion of the Tour de France, learned the trade in France, Belgium and Japan, where he stayed for fifteen years. In 2007, he was awarded the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France and returned to set up shop with his wife, Yukiko. The Vitré boutique has expanded to include several points of sale. Today, it's a modern boutique, very well laid out, with quality service. Just next door, at number 25, there's a tea and pastry room where you can enjoy all these delicacies.
