Run by Maureen Colombier, Chocolaterie Védasienne is a veritable sanctuary of delicious chocolates. If you're passing through Saint-Jean-de-Védas, don't hesitate to stop in and sample one of their homemade chocolates. Let yourself be tempted by a "Passiflore", a dark chocolate with mango, passion and tonka bean ganache, or, for those with a sweet tooth, a "Caramélis", a milk chocolate with caramel ganache.
