Chocolate factory In Aix-les-Bains' oldest chocolate factory, Sébastien Fautrelle works wonders. The chocolates come from Peru, Costa Rica and Brazil. It's a blend of the traditional and the new, of local and foreign products. The Croix de Savoie is a dark chocolate with a fine raspberry fuit paste and a ganache made from Savoy raspberry pulp.
