Chocolate factory A beautiful, tidy gourmet space, where every display window is a source of envy, from the pastries to the chocolates and ice creams. The reputation of our large-format cakes is well established: the chocolate pistachio macaroon, the chocolate praline vanilla Manhattan, the almond caramel Joconde. You can also enjoy individual classics such as the éclair, paris-brest, macao or fraisier, as well as macaroons, fruit jellies and, of course, chocolate in all its forms.
