Chocolate fanatic Éric Monterrat made a name for himself a few years ago when he came up with a brilliant idea: to capitalize on current events. His chocolates bearing the effigy of presidential candidates have created a buzz, and his most recent poker boxes (a plate of chewy chips revealing a selection of delicious ganache bonbons and homemade pralines) continue to delight and amuse.
