Chocolate factory This downtown chocolate shop is run by craftsmen who know how to charm shoppers! At first glance, you'll be seduced by the old-fashioned, reassuring decor of the houses of yesteryear, then by the range of chocolates of all kinds: coated candied fruits, liqueur-flavored bonbons, intense ganaches, large chewy palets... not forgetting the house specialty, Bresse Bleu, sky-blue delicacies sold in a fun cheese box, made with hazelnut praline and chopped nougatine.
