In the heart of the city, this pretty boutique offers its heart to carefully showcased chocolates. All stages, from production to coating, are carried out in the laboratory, which is open to the public. To look, yes, but to match, no! Because Éric Lamy knows how to surprise us with fillings full of ideas (gingerbread, yoghurt, licorice...) or more classic hazelnut pralines, orange marzipan, tablettes or homemade ice creams.
