Damnation is the name of a prize-winning bonbon from Croqueurs de Chocolat: praline noix feuilletine, which plays on textures, but certainly not on "hell"! Franck Jouvenal plays with flavors in a very natural way. Descended from four generations of passionate chocolatiers, he perpetuates a commendable artisanal tradition.
