Chocolate factory
Olivier Hautot opened his first store more than 15 years ago, and now has 9 stores in Normandy. He loves working with cocoa and seeking out new flavors, which he passes on to local customers. Traditional in his in-store compositions, he has developed a range of chocolate capsules presented like jewels, each capsule with its own percentage of cocoa, a selection of great chocolate vintages and assortments of pralines and giandujas.
