Chocolate factory
Founded in 2000 by their parents Sylvie and Thierry, Sylvanie and Sébastien naturally took over the chocolate factory in 2022, a family history that has been handed down through the generations to the delight of their customers. Using cocoa beans imported from Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana, the young chocolatiers come up with new flavors and regularly enrich their ranges as the seasons change. Some sixty chocolate bonbons (pralines, ganaches and caramels with fleur de sel or puffed rice), fifteen bars, Choc's (roasted and coated almonds and hazelnuts), mendiants, orangettes, cookies, marshmallows, fruit jellies, nougats, spreads... Mouldings and original creations for your events. The Nantais cake is one of our flagship specialties, with or without alcohol, in orange, lemon or chocolate chip flavors.
