Chocolate factory
Raoul Boulanger has been based in Neuve-Chapelle since 1999. Chocolatier-torréfacteur, his artisanal products are daring. Opening one of his 70% dark bars with hazelnuts, cranberries or pistachios is already a crunchy experience. The aromas of the great cocoa vintages are brought to the fore in the range of sweets.
