Anthony Vartician is not only an artisan butcher and pork butcher, he's also a Companion of Taste. It was in the spirit and values of the Compagnons (passion, know-how and product quality) that he opened his butcher shop in 2017. His specialties include Or Rouge Limousin beef (from exceptional Limousin meat breeders), farmhouse pork from the Ardèche region and farmhouse poultry from the Haute Loir and Ardèche regions.
