Cheese dairy Initially dedicated exclusively to Auvergne products, the store is now opening up to other horizons, offering products from other regions in addition to Auvergne specialties. Son Alexandre Huet takes tradition seriously, showcasing the best of the region: morbier, mont d'or, bleu de Gex, selles-sur-cher, reblochon, tomme de Savoie, saint-nectaire, cantal, laguiole... As well as charcuterie from Savoie, Paris, Spain and Italy, Auvergne wines and beers, delicatessen products.
