Coppa, sausage, pancetta, figatelli, sheep's tomme, mini tommettes, goat's cheeses, brocciu in season, as well as the emblematic canistrelli, wines... In short, everything to delight you and your taste buds with pure delights straight from the Corsican mountains. The two epicureans also prepare mouth-watering island-style platters to order! Pierre-Paul and Jean-Antoine await you all year round at Ajaccio's typical market, and will be delighted to tell you the story behind each delicacy, as well as offering it for tasting. Are your taste buds begging for more? If you'd like to enjoy their delicacies at home, deliveries and shipments are available to Corsica and the mainland. Please note: between June and September, the restaurant is open 7 days a week.
