Craftsmanship in the blood and a passion for real baked goods: this is what Alexis Paviot aims to pass on in his bakery-patisserie located between the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros. Born into a family of bakers and patissiers, Alexis knows perfectly well the codes and traditions of home-made products. Three exceptional baguettes fashioned from raw flours, special breads made on natural leaven: traditional, cereal and ordinary, creamy milk and egg flans... Dad's crêpe and Mom's roses des sables, a nod to her parents, or the Yogo (a chou garni with praline, lemon or raspberry and a seasonal imaginary) will make your taste buds sparkle with emotion. A magnificent snacking offer, enhanced by fresh seasonal produce, also features a new dish every day, salads and other sandwiches, hot dogs, focaccia... Chez Alexis is more than just a store: it's a place where you can meet people, enjoy a coffee on the terrace and maintain the social ties in the neighborhood. Open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm.
