Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker The château owes its renown to Georges Brunet, former owner of Château La Lagune in the Médoc, who acquired it in the 1960s. He applied the same methods that had made La Lagune such a success, planting Cabernet Sauvignon in particular. Eloï Durrbach worked there for several years before founding Trévallon. Today, the owners are Mette and Bengt Sundstrom, who produce wines in all three colors. If you have the opportunity to taste reds that are a few decades old... restaurants sometimes offer them.
