Winemaker In 1992, Claudie and Bruno Bilancini took over the ruined Tirecul vineyard in the Bergerac region, having spotted the enormous potential of this terroir. They took Château Tirecul La Gravière well beyond the pinnacle of the Monbazillac appellation. The estate has been certified organic since 2019, and their Cuvée Madame is considered one of the world's finest sweet wines.
