Gault&Millau's review

Winemaker Château Paloumey, in the heart of the Haut-Médoc region in the commune of Ludon, is owned by Martine Cazeneuve, who also owns two other Médoc classics: Château La Garricq and Château La Bessane. The estate, which focuses on wine tourism, offers themed tastings to discover wines and vineyards. The "blind vertical" tasting, for example, allows you to discover several vintages blind, as its name suggests, and to observe, without preconceived ideas, the evolution of the vintage in bottle.
