Winemaker Château Moutte Blanc, Cru Artisan, is a small 4.5-hectare family estate in the communes of Macau and Arsac, south of Margaux and close to the Gironde. It is managed by the de Bortoli-Déjean family. Son Patrice Patrice, who is passionate about the Petit Verdot grape variety, makes wines in 3 distinct appellations: Bordeaux Supérieur, Haut-Médoc and Margaux.
