Winemaker Pierre-Étienne and Charlotte Serey, who arrived before the 2018 harvest, have taken over Les Hauts de Caillevel. The couple are maintaining the level of quality achieved by the previous owners, who had themselves taken over this estate on the left bank of the Dordogne, whose name evokes pebbles: almost 18 ha in a single block, whites on the plateau, reds on the hillside. Certified organic since 2013.
