Feng shui enthusiasts Pascale and Donatien run this organic craft brewery, producing unfiltered, unpasteurized beers. They offer 11 beers: "La Fay Blanche", with its dense foam and citrus aromas, "Le Tigre Blanc", a soft, lightly hopped blonde, "La Tortue", an amber beer with beautiful bitterness, "Le Dragon", a brown porter with notes of coffee and caramel, "Le Phénix", with red fruits, "L'Équinoxe d'Automne", "L'Équinoxe de Printemps", "L'Étoile de Noël", "Miel de Châtaignier", with honey supplied by a local beekeeper, "La Triple Des Bâtisseurs", at 8.5°, and "La Domfrontaise", an amber ale infused with culinary hay from a local producer. A 40° brandy, "Le Fruit du Château", is also available. Brewery visit, Monday to Saturday, by appointment, at €10 per person (one hour, followed by a tasting).
