Winemaker
Château de Chamirey has overlooked the Mercurey vineyards since the 18th century. In 1934, the grandfather of current managers Amaury and Aurore Devillard, along with their father Bertrand Devillard, produced the first bottle of a red Mercurey from Château de Chamirey. The estate covers 37 hectares, 15 of which are classified as Premier Cru. The Devillard family is also present in other French appellations. Keen to share their passion, the owners offer wine tourism.
