For some years now, Château d'Estoublon has belonged to a family of watchmakers who have turned it into a jewel with precision. The building now houses a hotel and restaurant, while the wines are progressing each year in all three colors. Single-varietal white and red wines and olive oils can be tasted on site. A visit to be followed closely.
