Winemaker
Julien Ilbert and his wife Sophie are leading the new destiny of this vineyard, which has existed since 1900. In 2013, Julien decided to convert the estate to organic farming and to favor parcel selections, in order to create new cuvées, more in tune with their different terroirs, and to label his different cuvées with eloquent, modern labels. He makes the most of the 21 hectares planted with auxerrois, the local name for malbec, and the single hectare of vermentino (a southern grape variety)!
