Winemaker
Planted on clay-limestone slopes and sandy-loam terroirs, the vineyards produce very distinct cuvées. The reds for ageing are made by refusing to take the easy way out of consensual wines. The estate has been certified organic since the 2010 harvest, and most of the soil is now grass-covered.
