Gault&Millau's review

Roaster A new roaster in town, opened last year and offering a beautiful setting for tasting and sales. Opened by Lucile, the house takes its name from Charles le Téméraire, whose remains were displayed on the very spot. You'll find coffees roasted on site (Nicaragua, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Salvador etc.), as well as teas by Georges Cannon and regional infusions.
