In 2016, the Rémion charcuterie was awarded a Lauréat d'Excellence by the Gourmets de France association, a title that recognizes the best craftsmen in their category. Winner of the 2014 silver medal for the best boudin, awarded by the Confrérie des chevaliers du Goûte-Boudin, Julien Rémion can be proud of these professional accolades. In 2013, he took over a charcuterie well known to the Sellois community, with the aim of following a quality approach, and he has succeeded, notably with his old-fashioned smoking technique and his speciality, the "feuilleté sellois".
