Gabriel Bolvy has been in business for some fifteen years. An advocate of traditional dishes and homemade products, joining the CNCT was a logical step in his career. His homemade products include a range of poultry, forestry and vegetable terrines, as well as preparations based on Label Rouge-certified pork from the Auvergne region, farm-raised in the open air and subject to strict controls. Juicy, tender meat guaranteed for chops or other variations on pâtés de campagne, rosettes or andouillettes... For snackers: pizzas, pies and puff pastries complete the range.
