Alsatian charcuterie can proudly wear the local hat. A team of 35 people and several local, national and international animal supply centers deliver finished or ready-to-cook products to local authorities, wholesalers and retailers. Four stores (Rosheim, Rothau, Dorlisheim, Griesheim-près-Molsheim) handle distribution, the latter being the most important. The pork pastry is pure butter, the smoked sausage in a crust, the munster crisp or the pâté lorrain speak of the country.
