Fabrice Jouanne set up this delicatessen in 1998. A pretty store in slate tones, with large windows from which you can see the staff in action. As a member of the Confédération des Charcutiers-Traiteurs, he is committed to honoring the terroir with a maximum of fresh produce. The fundamentals - cooked hams, sausages, pâtés - are all homemade.
