Gault&Millau's review

Delicatessen "Ici, on fait l'andouille", as it says on the sign. But we also make boudin, and good boudin at that. The quality of this dense black pudding is superb, with a wonderful seasoning that holds up well to cooking. Excellent charcuterie (the head pâté), various confections, salads and prepared dishes.
