Carryout This butcher's and delicatessen is a star in the whole department. People come from all over, even from Spain, to discover this beautiful stone house in the center of the village, with its vast and appetizing display. The house carries out its own breeding and controls the entire production process, even offering a tasting table in the cellar. Over the years, the range of products on offer has expanded, and while people still come for the ham, terrines and sausages, Cerdan whip and blood sausages, they also buy wine, beer, liqueurs, cheeses and preserves.
