Sophie and Christophe Belleperche set up store on the corner of avenue de la Libération and rue Victor-Hugo in 2003, and have never let up in their efforts to offer their customers the very best quality. In the shop windows, more than 80% of the products are made in-house: black and white pudding, poultry galantine, superior ham, garlic sausage, jellied pig's trotters, smoked sausages, as well as some excellent ready-made meals.
