Jacqueline Fattier, a former ski champion, continues the competition in her chalet 4810 built in 1909 and completely renovated in 2014 into an elegant tea room, patisserie-chocolaterie. Switching from snow to cocoa was an exciting game with the complicity of Jean-Philippe, her pastry chef husband. The daughter of hoteliers, she naturally trained in the restaurant business. Her chocolates reveal a fine balance of flavors. Other addresses under the Aux Petits Gourmands name on rue du Docteur Paccard and avenue de l'Aiguille-du-Midi.
