Of course there’s a line: it’s only to be expected for a world-renowned pastry chef and chocolatier. Japanese and Californian women line up for a small assortment of the master’s creations, for a chocolate sculpture, or for a box bearing the master’s signature. Dark, white, and milk chocolate—tablets, bars, and candies—everything is delicious at Cédric’s, though at tourist prices.
