A fine selection of Burgundies, for example, including Dureuil Janthial and Henri Gouges, Aurore Bachelet’s Maranges, Dubreuil-Fontaine’s Pernand… and some top-shelf bottles from various vintages. A connoisseur’s selection from all regions, including the Jura and Languedoc, as well as whiskeys and other spirits, with excellent advice.
